Tim helps church courts navigate the church disciplinary process according to the rules of order. He is especially experienced with the PCA Book of Church Order.

Survivor Advocacy

Tim helps abuse survivors to navigate the rules of church discipline in order to get their cases heard.

Registered Sex Offenders

Tim helps churches set up strategies, policies, and communications in response to a Registered Sex Offender who desires to attend the church.

Tim advises presbytery committees and commissions who are responding to abuse allegations.

Tim’s Credentials

Tim was the chair of the former PCA General Assembly Ad interim Committee on Abuse (DASA). He has also served several terms on the General Assembly’s Committee for the Review of Presbytery Records. He now uses the knowledge gleaned from that service to help others in the church. Tim also has experience helping several churches, presbyteries, and individuals, from which he has gleaned much knowledge and wisdom. He is a widely recognized leader in the area of abuse in the church, having been interviewed or quoted by several publications:
